A copper thief decided to get creative and stripped out the MSB — but that wasn’t enough. They then hooked up their car to the board and tried to rip the rest of the cabling out. The result? The MSB came clean off the wall, causing major structural damage and leaving live wires exposed.
And the best part? They didn’t even take the cable. Maybe the shock of it all changed their mind ⚡😅
Our team was straight on site to make it safe and start the rebuild process. Just another “Friday Special” to wrap up the week!

Seeing The Brook recognised as Overall Hotel of the Year – Metropolitan at the QHA Awards for Excellence is a great reminder of what can be achieved when everyone works together.

🎉 After 15 long months, we’ve finally reached the finish line of the Loreto College (Dale St Building) Project for Kane Constructions! 🎉
This building has been a 5-year journey for the school’s Business Operations Team, and they are over the moon with how everything has come together. They’re excited to have a brand new, shiny space to call their own and are making final arrangements to welcome students this coming Monday.
This Design & Construct project certainly had its challenges, but seeing the beautifully finished result fills us with pride. A huge shoutout to everyone involved, especially Greg Wakefield, who took over at the start of this year and delivered a top-quality outcome.
