Quality Management

M2 Electrical aims to deliver remarkable service. By establishing a QMS M2 is able to be proactive towards compliance to service delivery standards. Once finalised M2 will be seeking independent certification of our QMS, with the attainment and ongoing maintenance of this certification serving as further evidence of our commitment towards quality service provision.

Environmental Management

M2 Electrical complies with and is committed to undertaking its business in accordance with environmental protection legislation, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice. M2 Electrical uses cloud based job management software so that our employees are able to access information wherever they may be. All of our electricians are provided with tablet technology which is capable of accessing this software. The portability of our business means reduced downtime, better accuracy in collecting and sharing data, and improved efficiency in delivering services.
