The redevelopment of Australia Fair West into the renamed Australia Fair Metro brings exciting new dining opportunities to Southport and capitalises on existing infrastructure investment into the area by State government and Council which includes the light rail system and a Chinatown precinct.
As part of this transformation M2 Electrical was commissioned to:
- Remove and relocate existing electrical services
- Installing underground cabling and cable support
- Upgrade existing MSB and switchboards to tenancies
- Install new lighting requirements
- Provide form, inspection certificates, warranties and maintenance manuals
