M2 Electrical worked with one of our key builders to deliver the Morningside Plaza refurbishment which included:
- Relocation of existing electrical services
- Install of new power requirements
- Upgrade of existing MSB
- Installation of new switchboards to tenancies including community power
- Supply and install of people counter system and software
- Fire protection of existing consumer mains in the basement
- Supply and install of CCTV system
- Testing and upgrade of existing emergency lighting
- Installing new communications cabling
